I enjoy watching Tv , But I couldn't always get the channels I wanted to see .Often I would be working from my pc and think I would love to see my favorite show but couldn't. Well Software Tv solved that problem for me now I can get all my favorite shows,full dvd quality movies plus unreleased videos. All this right from my computers screen.That's great !! Cinnamon Good for You

Who knew that something most of us have in our pantry could be good for us. Researchers have found that cinnamon can help control type 2 diabetes. In a study done by German researchers blood samples were collected from 65 adults with type 2 diabetes.The volunteers were given a capsule containing 1 gram of cinnamon powder or a placebo 3 times a day for 4 months. Those that received the cinnamon had a decease in blood sugar readings of about 10%. Researchers did warn that large amounts can be dangerous.
